OSU Faculty Club:
Children Trafficked for Sex: How to Restore Hope
featuring Jane Tafel of Hagar International
Thursday, April 22nd, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM at Junior Colleague Room
Did you know that 1,000 US born children are trafficked in Ohio EVERY YEAR? Children suffer unspeakable abuse while enslaved by traffickers. A dramatic rescue brings them swiftly to safety, but the recovery process typically takes years. Through this presentation, learn why Hagar has been recognized as a ‘promising practice’ by the US Department of State.
Lunch info. Luncheon costs range from $6. $10 for all you can eat. Pay with cash or check only, no credit cards. Get your lunch at the buffet. Bring the white menu slip back in the room, pay FCFS who then pays the faculty club. (Sorry no brown bags permitted by the Faculty Club).

She is a graduate of Macalester College and the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
